The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team supporting our Vice President of Operations & Vice President of Product & Platform Owner for our Workplace Solutions team.
Background Details
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative support, independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. You will provide a full range of administrative support for Vice President of Operations & Vice President of Product & Platform Owner
What you'll be doing
- You will manage calendars and prepare the Vice President of Operations & Vice President of Product & Platform Owner for meetings by creating, gathering, and/or organizing materials, identifying key questions to be prepared to answer and preparing reference materials in an effective structure.
- You will prepare correspondence, memorandum, and documents, which may be confidential in nature for review and approval.
- You will receive and screen phone calls, emails, letters, meetings and visitors, including answering routine questions, obtaining and furnish information to save time and resources for the Vice President of Operations & Vice President of Product & Platform Owner.
- You will act as a primary resource for internal and external contacts, facilitating a professional image of LFG.
- You will arrange and coordinate travel and itineraries, enter expense reports and invoices, order supplies, plan and coordinate special events and/or projects.
- You will prepare complex reports and presentations including preparing special reports through conducting research to add value to material and/or gathering and summarizing information and/or data.
- You will furnish and obtain information from other leadership members and/or external stakeholders which may be confidential in nature.
- You will work independently delivering on routine or non-routine work, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines in a timely matter and meet deadlines appropriately.
What we’re looking for
Must-have Experience (Required)
- 3-5 + years of clerical and/or administrative support experience in a complex corporate environment supporting
- High School diploma or GED or minimum associate degree in lieu of required experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organization/project management skills
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail
Travel Requirements
- Up to 10% amount

Level: N4-2
The pay range for this position is $35.87 - $47.83 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
