The Role

 

As a Prescreen Service Processor II  you will be responsible for reviewing and processing all types of Producer Solutions Operations transactions for firms and their Producers while following all compliance and state guidelines. This is the third level of four roles within the licensing function and is positioned to grow within the company! 

 

Responsibilities

 

Process Management

  • Reviews contracting paperwork for accuracy and processes transactions while maintaining or exceeding productivity and quality guidelines as set by the department
  • Processes all types of producer solutions operations transactions exhibiting the increased technical knowledge of the necessary systems and understanding of processes and procedures in order to complete job responsibilities
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of state licensing and appointment requirements along with Lincoln Financial Group's distribution models and products
  • Tests administrative processes and system updates or enhancements to verify operational efficiency and alignment with business needs in support of products, departmental process and distribution channels as required
  • Identifies potential system and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy Provides this feedback to managers
  • Maintain confidentiality of producer information and observe privacy regulations

 

Execution

  • Processes client transactions with attention to detail and a high rate of accuracy by meeting or exceeding the department productivity and quality guidelines.
  • Identifies work flows, processes, and potential system enhancements to improve efficiency and provides this feedback to managers
  • Provides customer service and proactively builds customer relationships to effectively provide solutions to customer needs.

 

Education

 

  • High School Diploma/GED or minimum Associate’s Degree in lieu of required experience. 

 

Experience

 

  • 2-3 years of experience with licensing and appointments in a financial services company/industry desired
  • Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations systems such as PMACS, IMPACT, AWD, SIRCON, WEBCRD, and Issue Log database is preferred
  • Computer Skills: Windows 7 and Microsoft Office proficient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate with all levels of the organization including our field partners
  • Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical and problem solving skills required to ensure all requests are correctly handled
  • Demonstrates superior customer service skills
  • A self-starter who embraces team work and has strong organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Intermediate.  #LI-AY1
