The Role

 

As a Service Processor Assistant for the Correspondence team, you will effectively communicate with appropriate internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of requests and issue resolution. You will perform and deliver on highly routine assignments for your assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Communicates effectively verbally and in written form with internal/external stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Escalates issues/concerns to more senior team members and/or management
  • Provides highly routine customer service to internal/ external stakeholders, recognizes what needs to be done to meet needs, and demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness to meet those needs
  • Recognizes general issues/concerns and suggests process improvements

 

Education

 

  • High School diploma/GED

 

Experience

 

  • No prior experience required
  • Educational experience and/or proficiency in at least one primary processing system preferred
  • Demonstrates an ability to consistently meet and/or exceed performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives tasks to completion
