The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on an Enrollment Logistics Consultant to our Retirement Plan Services Client Engagement Team.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment to help plan sponsors and financial professionals deliver the best retirement plan experience possible.  As an Enrollment Logistics Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Client Engagement Team and assist in executing on RPS’s strategic vision, deliver on the business commitments, and support retention and new business opportunities.
 

What you'll be doing

  • Responsibilities include enrollment, participant coordination activities and on-going participant experience functionalities with specific concentration on application implementation and execution across several Plan Sponsor relationships
  • Tests and maintains the developed SOPs and continues to identify potential areas of risk for both the enrollment and ongoing experience, developing multiple methods of contingency and/or mitigation for such risks
  • Serves as a key point of contact with external vendors to ensure the effectiveness of the scheduling application, performance improvement, issue mitigation, and adaptation of changing demands and environments
  • Analyzes scheduling application data and presents findings to key internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and Plan Sponsors
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility
  • Research channel, market and industry trends, opportunities, and threats
     

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in reporting, analysis and/or strategy that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and balance multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors) 

 

Nice-to-haves:  

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven client facing presentation skills and competencies
  • Understanding and proficiency of Account Management related functions and competencies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in motivating others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Critical thinker with an ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
