We are excited to bring on a Senior Setup & Maintenance Service Representative to join our Retirement Plan Solutions Team supporting Workplace Solutions in a remote environment.
Background Details
As a Senior Setup & Maintenance Service Representative, you will complete an onboarding process for plans converting to Lincoln. You will ensure accurate, timely and efficient retirement implementations. You will work with team members, Regional Managers, Account Managers and other internal partners to ensure the proper and timely setup of new retirement plans. You will interpret, analyze and review maintenance work items to accurate completion. You will maintain our strict quality standards and identify processing risk to help achieve our customer satisfaction goals. If this sounds like a role for you, please read on!
What you'll be doing
- You will provide a diverse range of information and perform a diverse range of tasks/transactions related to common programs and services. In addition, you will process and complete complex retirement plan implementations in accordance with established procedures and guidelines in an accurate and timely manner while meeting departmental quality/production standards.
- You will review implementation notes and documents to ensure the information is in good order.
- You will setup retirement plans in appropriate systems and may issue contracts. You will update and maintain appropriate systems as needed. In addition, you will obtain required retirement implementation information from internal/external stakeholders as needed.
- You will provide customer services to internal/external stakeholders, recognize what needs to be done to meet internal/external stakeholder needs and demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to meet those needs on routine and non-routine work independently. In addition, you will monitor and maintain the email for the team and respond and research inquiries as required.
- You will recognize and research issues or concerns for your area of responsibility and suggest process improvements.
What we’re looking for
Must-have experience (Required):
- High School or GED
- 3-5+ Years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience aligned with the responsibilities of the position.
- 0-1+ Years for candidates with an associates degree or above plus 0-1+ years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of production.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):
- Retirement Plan Operations experience and knowledge of retirement plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt as needed.
- Ability to work independently for long periods of time while self-motivating and staying focused.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution.

The pay range for this position is $25.51 - $34.01 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
