The Role


The primary purpose of the new role is to support the analysis and modeling needs for Quality of New Business, Rate Setting and optimization projects across the team.  The ADP participant will support the modeling and analysis Fixed Annuity profitability, inforce actions and rate setting.  The participant will have the opportunity to work with Annuity Pricing, Product development, Risk Analytics, FP&A and several other areas.



  • Quality of New Business: Understand key drivers for Fixed annuity profitability and explain results to Annuity Solutions leadership. Work with pricing teams on implementing new products into the Quality of Business reporting process.
  • Inforce Actions: Use the Annuity pricing models to evaluate potential actions on inforce business to optimize FA business. Understand key drivers for earnings, sales, and policyholder behavior.
  • FIA/SPIA/DIA Rate Setting: Develop an in-depth understanding of our current and past FA and VA products and how rates are managed on new business and inforce. Understand the Annuity product suite and the impacts from changing interest rates and product features on our products.
  • Actuarial/ Technical Support – Work with Pricing teams to maintain existing actuarial models and tools, and proactively identify improvements. 





  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
  • 3+ Society of Actuary exams passed



  • 1+ years of  actuarial experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and recognize trends.
  • Motivation to gain understanding of the processes
  • Independent, motivated, and collaborative
