The Role at a Glance

This position will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. They will also act as a resource to applicable internal/external stakeholders. They are responsible for the administration and maintenance of HR application security for all assigned HR applications as well as support of new and ongoing Compliance and Privacy initiatives. They will also support HR Technology vendor management and integration initiatives including solutions development, process efficiencies and applicable documentation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Conducts quality audits to ensure no negative downstream impacts on other systems and tests to ensure changes are accurate.
  • Leads and facilitates HR security access requests ensuring the correct approvals and documentation are in place.
  • Administers HR application access including security permissions, design, management of security assignment administration, new enhancement, project, & organization changes impact analysis for the assigned HR Technology applications.
  • For new HR Technology applications, leads the security access review, consults on security access design and audit reports and leads the initial set up of security access.
  • Documents security access administration procedures and security access audit procedures including implementation of required controls.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of all HR application access method and audit process documentation.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Facilitates and tests security administration requests.
  • Partners with subject matter experts on different platforms to measure impacts from more complex system modifications related to security roles & configurations.
  • Serves as point person on SOX and access validation audits for security on HR systems, and ensures appropriate processes, ongoing access audits and documented change management evidence are in place for any potential audits.
  • Provides more complex business analysis services from a security administration perspective and translates business needs to solutions within the HR Technology application.
  • Reviews application release notes, tests and validates security access for vendor releases and upgrades.
  • Reviews, analyzes and develops more complex solutions, standards and guidelines for HR security and controls administration, HR integrations, and HR vendor management.
  • Supports Privacy and Compliance initiatives providing business analysis, solution designs and ongoing process administration when required.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Serves as the owner of Application Access Matrix to define roles and group requirements.

What we're looking for:

  • 3 - 5+ Years of experience in HR Technology and/or IT disciplines with HR process design and technology support experience. (Required )
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience  (Minimum Required)
  • 3+ Years of experience supporting HR Applications Security Administration including role based permissions.  (Required)
  • SAP/Success Factors Employee Central role based permission experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).  

 

Work Arrangement:

Work from Home : Employees will work fully from home. Their job will not require the employee to come into the office, unless for special circumstances.
