The Role at a Glance
Lincoln Financial is excited to bring on a Fulfillment Support Rep to work out of the Greensboro, NC office! The person in this role will be responsible for handling daily requests from internal and external customers for Lincoln Financial marketing and sales materials, in addition to the QC/batching/processing of daily customer correspondence mail.
What you'll be doing
- Operating, inserting, tabbing, envelope printing and postage equipment to process mailings daily/as needed.
- Performing quality control checks and applying postage for daily time-sensitive mailings.
- Receiving and processing electronic and telephone customer requests for Lincoln Financial marketing material and responding accordingly, meeting all departmental quality and service standards.
- Analyzing print files and confirming they are correctly setup prior to submitting them for printing.
- Reviewing, editing, creating and submitting PDF file proofs for print jobs.
- Collaborating with the marketing and other departments as needed to complete mailings according to department SLA’s.
- Examining physical proofs of printed materials, confirming that they meet customer specifications.
- Merging/editing mailing data/files in Excel and Adobe InDesign.
- Acting as liaison between fulfillment department and IT stakeholders to identify irregularities within the order fulfillment system.
- Inputting customer requests into fulfillment computer system and follows up as needed.
- Responding to customer requests within departmental standard response time.
- Working overtime as needed.
What we’re looking for
- High School or GED (Minimum Required)
- College degree (Preferred) or equivalency of 2-3 years relevant experience in file-editing/warehouse operations/customer service/fulfillment systems/mail operations.
- Experience with editing PDF files, data merging in excel, and/or using Adobe InDesign desktop publishing applications a plus

The pay range for this position is $22.84 - $28.85 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
