The Role

The Premier Partner Reporting Analyst will analyze and consult on more complex program management and strategic initiatives in the LFA Premier Partner program. S/he will analyze, consult, and deliver on more complex LFA Premier Partner reporting and to serve as the point of contact for LFA internal stakeholders. In addition, the position will act as a resource within the LFA department to help increase the understanding and utilization of the Program through Channel Strategic initiatives, specific to the LFA Premier Partner program to increase membership.



  • Provide project management and reporting for more complex Premier Partner program initiatives to identify growth opportunities for targeted prospect groups.
  • Sets priorities and timelines and works effectively with internal partners across all areas of the organization to implement Premier Partner initiatives in agreed upon timeframes.
  • Serves as a resource and “day-to day” face of the LFA Premier Partner program to members and key internal stakeholders.
  • Develops, researches, maintains, and consults on LFA reporting, year-end processing, record management, adjustments and history, and more.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with channel staff, senior leaders, and overall sales teams to maintain open communication regarding current and prospective partner opportunities.
  • Partners with PACT Project transition team to ensure easy transitions to the program.
  • Administers, analyzes, and reports on more complex Premier Partner program benefits with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
  • Works with member(s) of Accenture on monthly reporting deliverables.
  • Provides LFA Premier Partner training to ambassadors and internal stakeholders on an array of topics.
  • Creates and delivers presentations to Premier Partner stakeholders and members.
  • Manages the LFA Premier Partner website to ensure accurate information is concise and easily accessible while also exploring ways to improve and employ technology.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.



  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience



  • 3-5+ years of experience in financial services that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
