The Role



This position will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of application support responsibility. S/he will act as a resource and point of escalation for issues with systems operations, systems health, changes and release management.





  • Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations to achieve quality technical solutions.
  • Conducts research into more complex application issues and products.
  • Consults and collaborates with internal and/or external customers and stakeholders to determine more complex technical specifications from business requirements.
  • Consults with internal stakeholders on more complex assignments to identify and resolve issues related to applications and/or software releases.
  • Continuously maintains a significant understanding of LFGs portfolio of products including, but not limited to: current product offerings, hosting and technical architecture, product demonstrations, roadmap enhancements.
  • Liaises with multiple IT departments to gather all necessary and required information needed, documents and validates more complex technical requirements.
  • Provides input to project plans including defining more complex support tasks, task dependencies and estimates for completing work.




4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)in (Minimum Required)




  • 3 - 5+ Years of experience in application support that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. (Required)
  • Experience providing providing production status updates, driving activites, removing impediments, relationship building

  • Familiar with data analysis, reporting, etc.

  • Understanding of software development best practices/policies.

  • Ability to build relationships with the technical team, while speaking with the business stakeholders and partners

  • JIRA (Preferred)

  • MS office Suite knowledge (Required)

  • ServiceNow experience (Preferred)
