The Role


We are excited to bring on a Sr. Analyst, Research Analytics & Modeling to be a collaborative, solution-oriented team leader that is passionate about enhancing data and the reporting experience for varied user groups across LFD.  Reporting directly to the AVP, Sales Reporting, the Sr Analyst will lead efforts to develop and streamline global processes and reporting for the preparation of analysis, data, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and presentations.

What you'll be doing:


  • Coordinate within and across business, analytics, and technology throughout the course of the reporting development process.
  • Synthesize complex information and perform analysis by processing data, reconciling against multiple data sources/systems, while being creative in finding new ways to efficiently manage, present & interpret.
  • Provide expertise in Converting Business Requirements to Technical Requirements
  • Demonstrate a disciplined approach; deployment, and follow-through to ensure achievement of results.
  • Train and guide other reporting analysts on the team
  • Provide recommendations for procedure/process improvement


4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required

What we're looking for:


Must have experience:

  • 5+ years experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data role.
  • Excellent proficiency in working with data. Strong SQL experience and familiarity with data warehouse structures and concepts; including structured and semi-structured data.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel & working with large and complex data sets and experience with data visualization software.
  • Strong technical & business intelligence skills, including BI tools such as Tableau and/or MicroStrategy. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, build consensus, and integrate complex information.
  • Python experience a plus
  • Experience in the financial services domain a desired
  • Degree: BA or BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field preferred.



Work Arrangement:

Hybrid/Home : Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
