The Role


The Consultant, Case Management, a customer-facing liaison, develops & implements enrollment solutions on behalf of/in collaboration with LFG clients for benefits products. S/he works independently, utilizes creativity, ingenuity and analytical skills to develop enrollment initiatives on behalf of LFG clients. Duties also include collaborate with internal partners on enrollment plans, negotiate with third-parties, and assist clients (particularly HR professionals) in the enrollment process



  • Analyzes & develops information on the client, its workforce, the clients industry, & the products purchased by the client to develop & propose educational & enrollment solutions for the customer in diverse target market & case with 100-999 lives
  • Directs the entire enrollment process, on behalf of the client, working with brokers, plan administrator and internal business partners to facilitate employee enrollment and ensure the client workforce is educated on available benefits.
  • Establishes and develops relationships with point-of-contact (typically human resources) at Lincoln Financial clients to collaborate on educational and enrollment solutions for the client workforce;
  • Evaluates enrollment requests utilizing Lincoln Enroll/broker enrolled groups to provide strategic guidance to the client & assist the client in determining the best method to communicate & educate employees on the benefits/coverage offered by the customer
  • Leads brokers and group administrators on behalf of the client through the sold case process and obtains and validates information to be submitted to internal partners for processing.
  • Presents and recommends potential solutions to client on education and enrollment;
  • Project manages the case installation process, on behalf of the client, while directing internal resources and managing appropriate expectations with our customers.
  • Represents and negotiates Lincolns enrollment capabilities as a conduit with the Marketing Reps, Brokers and our customers requiring thorough knowledge of a successful enrollment.


Education & Experience

  • 3 - 5+ Years of experience with enrollment directly related to the specific responsibilities of this role(Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)in (Minimum Required)
