General Purpose of Job

This role will lead, facilitate and support the execution of strategic and actionable marketplace and community multicultural programs. He/she will drive the implementation of Diversity and Inclusion plans to expand new business opportunities and enhance community engagement. #This role has a remote job option that can be performed anywhere in the United States except in Colorado.LI-AE1

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the strategic design and implementation of plans/campaigns to ensure targeted diverse marketplace and community segments alignment has positive business impact.
  • Creates standard and custom executive reporting packages/presentations on a monthly, quarterly and adhoc basis for marketplace and community diversity efforts and results.
  • Develops and manages the evaluation, analysis and support of strategic multicultural growth initiatives.
  • Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Directs the expansion of consumer engagement strategies via experiential sponsored events, marketing initiatives, B2B and B2C content management, and social media.
  • Directs/executes approved strategy decisions and contributes to strategy creation for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Educates and executes external multicultural marketplace and community programs, translating diverse market strategies into well-defined programs with focused deliverables, timelines and ROI.
  • Educates business lines about the benefits of adapting various strategies to attract diverse and multicultural consumer/customer segments.
  • Identifies and directs strategic process improvements for D&I marketplace and community efforts that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for assigned area(s) of responsibility.

  • Identifies, selects and performs detailed market research and market assessments.
  • In partnership with internal stakeholders and management, develops education, communications and marketing plans that include key messaging for promoting D&I programs in the community and marketplace.
  • Leads the implementation and execution of profitable growth strategies among diverse consumer segments.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future strategies.
  • Performs marketing analysis of client, divisional and sales data in conjunction and partnership with multiple internal colleagues and external data sources.
  • Provides insights that increase awareness of market/industry trends and opportunities for community engagement and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provides strategic direction to build and enhance the capability for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Recommends best practices to assist in effective marketing and community sponsorship opportunities of D&I initiatives.
  • Synthesize analyses into meaningful deliverables/presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.

Other Skills and Abilities

Education

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) - Minimum Required

Certifications

Experience

  • 10+ Years of Multicultural Marketing experience and/or Market Research experience directly related to the responsibilities for this position. (Required )
  • Analytical skills with a fundamental understanding of corporate finance principals and financial products/securities. Strong financial modeling skills a plus
  • Proactive selfstarter and creative problem solver with a keen interest in the multicultural business sector, community/economic development and impact sectors
  • Knowledge of impact investing/sustainable sector helpful but not required #LI-AE1

 

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid/Home : Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
