The Role


This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments for their assigned area(s) of responsibility independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. This position is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Retirement Solutions Distribution wholesalers.



  • Communicates with wholesalers, Conference and Event Planning, and Marketing to provide sales support to the wholesalers while maintaining fiscal discipline and adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinates routine Roadshow and Lunch and Learn meetings for specified groups of wholesalers identified by Divisional Sales Managers.
  • Reviews and processes documents for completeness and proper approvals as needed.
  • Reviews daily workflow, enters information in database(s), and completes other routine tasks and responsibilities.
  • Supports the personalized sales campaigns developed by participating wholesalers.
  • Supports the routine meeting series which includes budgets, venue selection, registration, compliance and execution.


Education & Experience

  • 0 - 1+ Years of general experience - need not be directly related to position(Required)
  • High School or GED (Minimum Required)
