Lincoln National Corporation seeks an Analyst, Data Analytics in Radnor, PA responsible for design, development and delivery of business centric data and analytic solutions, including an internal data platform that supports the information needs of the Group Protection unit. Implement process improvements to enable simple, effective, automated, and standardized analytical processes using analytical tools and technologies such as T-SQL, PL/SQL Dataiku, Redshift, Python, Tableau, AWS, and Hadoop, including Hive and Spark. Build a data platform to integrate data across different systems using ETL techniques, architect data warehousing solutions, and automate reports and dashboards. Investigate data to solve business issues and identify enhancements for the data platform.  Design, develop, deliver, and maintain business-centric data and analytic solutions in the form of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau. Perform advanced data wrangling, cleansing, and manipulations using Python.  Implement process improvements to enable automated and standardized analytical processes. Support adoption of analytical tools and technologies by leading training sessions, creating user guides, and performing tool demonstrations. Employ advanced coding skills, particularly in Python, to create scalable solutions using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and web services in various business-critical projects.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology and Management or a related field. Experience must include 2 years of experience: (i) using T-SQL, PL/SQL, or Hive to analyze and manipulate large volumes of data; (ii) performing data analytics to inspect, cleanse, transform and model data to support decision making; (iii) in data visualization to produce graphical representations in Tableau or other business intelligence tools that communicate relationships among data to facilitate analysis and decision-making; (iv) architecting data warehouses; (v) with customer relationship management (CRM), finance and underwriting, or reserves and claims systems (Salesforce, Oracle, System One) to identify, link, and validate data; (vi) in analysis, design, development, and delivery of business-centric analytic solutions, including relational databases, data marts, data load processes and visualizations; and (vii) in advanced SQL or data wrangling tools (Dataiku, Alteryx, SAS and Trifacta).
