The Role at a Glance
This position will consult, analyze, and deliver on complex business system analyst assignments in support of the organization’s Identity and Security Access Management initiatives. You will act as a key resource for internal/external stakeholders, providing expertise to drive clarity and alignment across teams. This role will focus on defining and documenting environments, workflows, and system interconnectivity for IAM-responsible applications, helping ensure secure and seamless access management across platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Ensures compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards as they relate to Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents and validates more complex business requirements.
- Develops more complex business requirements for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Ensures the protection of client and company information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
- Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing data security policies and procedures require change and/or creation as well as assists in guiding and training other team members on those policies and procedures.
- Provides more complex maintenance and support for Security Administration tools.
- Consults and acts as a resource to appropriate internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Determines more complex best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
- Facilitates change to the organization through the more complex analysis, design and implementation of business processes that achieve business objectives.
- Provides non-standard administration of security of system(s) and user IDs which include account creation, deletion, modification, reset, or extension and/or complex issue support.
- Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
- Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives.
- Partners with information security leadership and cross-functional teams to develop solutions and plans to enforce security requirements and address identified risks.
- May serves as a mentor and share knowledge with junior and/or peer team members.
- Ability to perform on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis to provide security related support for company systems, applications, platforms, and users.
What we’re looking for
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 3 - 5+ Years experience in business systems analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- Experience reviewing and analyzing multiple complex data sources and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies.
- Experience developing with and maintaining data models and associated metadata to be forward engineered on the respective database platform.
- Demonstrated understanding of how applications traverse environments and the associated workflows within these systems.

The pay range for this position is $79,601 - $145,100 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
