The Role at a Glance

We’re excited for a new Communications Manager to join our team.

The person in this role will develop and implement internal and external communication solutions to most effectively reach target audiences and achieve desired outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manages content for assigned areas on LFG intranet ('One'); posts news articles and makes other content updates as needed; and participates in development and execution of plans to continually measure and improve effectiveness of business intranet content.
  • Provides communications counsel and support to project teams and, as needed, works with other internal LFG resources to develop and deliver communications solutions (e.g., Creative Design, Editorial, Brand, Intranet team, Digital).
  • Plays a critical role in ensuring that messaging and communication activities for assigned areas are strategically aligned through ongoing collaboration with fellow communicators and key stakeholders.
  • Develops external communiqués (memos, press releases, fact sheets, backgrounders, video scripts, social media postings, and other written communications and collateral materials) for a range of audiences as needed.
  • Collaborates with management on public relations activities related to the business, ensures that all external activities related to the business align with overall corporate objectives and corporate brand.

What we're looking for

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  • 3 - 5+ Years Corporate communications, internal and/or external communications experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this role. (Required)

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid/Home : Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
