The Consultant, Strategic Partners of the Future will consult and deliver on more complex projects/initiatives to support existing and new distribution partners for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. S/he will also acts as a resource to internal/external stakeholders

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Champions and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Serves as a resource to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on more complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Identifies and recommends process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Consults/Analyze on more complex assignments and/or projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Builds and maintains strong business relationships with partners to meet or exceed established sales goals or objectives.
  • Cultivates, directs, and maintains client relationships within assigned area(s).
  • Provides information, education, training, and advice on company’s products and services to assigned clients.
  • Conducts site visits to clients to build relationships and increase awareness.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure the proper processing of all sold products from time of sale to issuance.
  • Identifies and communicates relevant consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytical findings to team and business stakeholders in a manner which supports adoption of executable new business opportunities into appropriate lines of business.
  • Develops an understanding of existing/targeted clients including market segments, how they operate, and/or their value proposition(s).
  • Profiles area of responsibility to identify those who would be interested in LFG offerings and build relationships with them

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)

3 - 5+ Years in Business Analysis, Project Management and/or Business Consulting in Financial Services (Required)

 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel Type: National Domestic Travel Amount: up to 50%
