The Role:

This position is responsible for providing project management support to one or more Project Managers and/or may be responsible for leading low complexity projects.  S/he will assist more experienced project managers with the creation and maintenance of project management deliverables for assigned projects.



  • Works directly with Manager on the development of project plans

  • Ownership for the management and oversight of deliverables for work stream(s) within the project plan; escalate issues that put delivery dates in jeopardy
  • Evaluate trends in data or information.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated system for follow up
  • Quickly adapts to new technologies; viewed as a resource on the team to train others on new tools
  • Ability to take excel reports, evaluate trends/data and translate into PowerPoint visuals in an executive summary format
  • Create agendas for meetings and be an active participant in meetings, including listening/note taking to document issues, actions and decisions from meetings, and publish meeting minutes.
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Manage and deliver low complexity projects, conforming to project management standards and processes as designated by his/her assigned area of responsibility, including applicable change control and project management methodology.
  • Partner with Project Managers to gather inputs, then build and maintain the project schedule in appropriate schedule management tool.
  • Ability to collaborate with disciplines across the enterprise (Ops, Manufacturing, Legal, etc.) to achieve project deliverables
  • Create presentation materials for project kick off, status and steering committee meetings.
  • Assist in the collection, recording, tracking and analysis of project effort and financial information.
  • Maintain project artifacts in the project repository.
  • Assist in the collection of project metrics and the creation of portfolio dashboard.



Education and Experience

  • 4 Year/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
  • 1 - 3+ Years of experience in Project Management that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Small Market RPS experience and knowledge (required)
  • Series 6 preferred
