The Role

This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of Lincoln’s well-being programs. This position will deliver on routine assignments/projects related to the administration, planning and analysis of corporate well-being programs.


  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Promotes and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Identifies and communicates to management process improvements that reduce workloads or improve quality for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of internal well-being offerings, including but not limited to: onsite wellness services and wellness challenges.
  • Drafts, proofreads, and edits health and well-being communications. This includes articles, blogs, and other components to support health and wellbeing events and campaigns.
  • Troubleshoots issues and provides feedback for wellness challenges.
  • Addresses escalated wellness procedure and program questions in a quick and timely manner.
  • Administers annual well-being programs (e.g. onsite flu shots and onsite health screenings) and provides recommendations/opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to support well-being programs.
  • Creates routine trend reports using historical data points for various health and well-being programs; draw conclusions or recommendations based on outcome of analysis.
  • Analyzes metrics to define, track and report on program activities, participation and results.
  • Participates in the promotion of Lincoln’s health and well-being programs to create and maintain a healthy workforce.
  • Collects information from multiple sources for partial disability requests and organizes it into a case to be reviewed.
  • Ensures assigned projects meet quality, schedule, milestone, and budget commitments.



  • Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)


  • 1 - 3+ Years of health & welfare benefits, and/or Human Resources experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this position.
  • Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues).
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates solid project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment,
  • under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
  • Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.
  • Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers; can influence outcomes without directing or
  • commanding.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread with accuracy including grammar, spelling, and punctuation #LI-CG1
