The Workplace Solutions IT Team has an exciting opportunity for a highly collaborative individual to help build a best-in-class automation team leveraging cutting edge business process management (BPM) and robotic process automation (RPA) tools. What you'll be doing

 

  • Serve as a liaison between end-users and development during the initial phase of product creation, especially for BPM/RPA Opportunities/Use Cases.
  • Assess available technologies and recommends solutions to the development team and articulate value to the business partners and IT stakeholders.
  • Partner with business and IT SMEs to create detailed technical specifications and data models.
  • Using structured requirements process, clearly articulates, documents, and validates complex technical requirements.
  • Providing direction on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Advising and providing expertise to appropriate internal stakeholders to assess and deliver proposed complex technical solutions.
  • Providing direction and collaborating effectively with appropriate stakeholders on complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality, and risk of assigned projects.
  • Determining and advising the most appropriate technical response to identified complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
  • Providing complex technical research and analysis to support business operations needs and presenting findings to management or project leader.
  • Determining complex IT best practices and suggesting how to improve current practices.
  • Serving as a mentor and shares knowledge with more junior team members.
  • Developing complex test plans and perform testing as needed.
  • Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions to evaluate trends in data or information.

 

What we’re looking for

 

Must-haves:

  • 5   7+ Years experience in business systems analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position 
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology
  • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed, and logical discussions/presentations.
  • Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Experience with business process management and robotic process automation tools.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Blueprism robotic process automation and AWD/Chorus business process management tooling.
  • Group Insurance Claims or Financial Services experience.

 

 

Level: P4 

 

Pay Range: $83,500 - $179,100 

 

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees.  In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.  Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
