The Role at a Glance

We are excited to bring on a Senior Organization & Leadership Effectiveness Analyst to join our dynamic HR organization!  This role offers an opportunity to apply your knowledge to current business situations, while collaborating and solutioning as a business colleague and partner.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide program management and coordination for executive development programs, summits and event.
  • Make vendor recommendations and ensure their seamless participation in executive development events.
  • Credibly leading efforts to address complex organizational team effectiveness, design and development-related business issues
  • Leading decision-making conversations with business leaders that shape direction and plans for business initiatives
  • Working with Human Resources and business leaders to develop people and business solutions
  • Providing advice and counsel on organizational and team effectiveness-related issues
  • Identifying business problems and root causes in partnership with business leaders
  • Administering, facilitating and coaching others on assessment tools
  • Partnering and building relationships with internal stakeholders to collaborate and advise on organizational design & development
  • Developing innovative solutions and tools that can be used by the business to improve performance
  • Presenting formal solutions to business leaders as part of a collaborative design process
  • Serving as a subject matter expert to the HR Community for all OD tools
     

What we're looking for

Must-have experience (Required):

  • Undergraduate degree or 5+ years of comparable work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in organizational and leadership development and facilitating team problem-solving and decision making 
  • Proven project management experience including management of Leadership Development Programs
  • Experience successfully vetting and managing vendors
  • Applies consulting methodologies to OD practice (e.g. Shein, Block, Argyris ) 
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills 
  • Ability to establish and maintain trust with all clients and stakeholders 
  • Ability to analyze, evaluate and synthesize large volumes of complex communication 
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions 

 

Nice-to have experience (Preferred):

  • Educational concentration in Psychology, Education or Business; MBA desired
  • Equal focus on strategy and tactics – process is important!
  • Comfortable playing “devil’s advocate” while maintaining rapport
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and, at times, ambiguous environment
  • Self-starter, enjoys working with clients to come up with innovative strategic solutions
  • Enjoys collaborative, problem-solving with an appreciation for others who bring questions and new ideas to the “table”
  • Models authenticity and a willingness to learn

Work Arrangement

Hybrid/Home : Employees will work from home generally three days each week and come into a Lincoln office on a schedule their manager will help set, following any applicable in-office training period determined by their manager.
