The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Temporary Talent Acqusitions Sourcer to join our Talent & Employee Experience Team a remote environment on a part-time and temporary basis.
Background Details
As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs for roles through Senior Leadership. In this role, you will focus on the early stages of recruitment, leveraging various sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to attract top talent and support the overall hiring process.
What you'll be doing
Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates through social media, job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.), and internal databases.
- Utilize Boolean searches, cold calling, and networking to uncover talent.
Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on talent markets, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategies.
- Provide insights to recruiters and hiring managers on candidate availability and market conditions.
Candidate Engagement:
- Craft personalized outreach messages and recruiting emails to attract candidates.
- Promote employer brand through positive candidate interactions.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday).
- Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline health and conversion rates.
What we’re looking for
Must-have experience (Required):
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
- 3 - 5+ Years’ experience in recruiting that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
- Proactive and results oriented mind-set with a passion for talent acquisition.
- Ability to build strong partnerships/relationships while communicating effectively (verbal/written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
