The Role at a Glance
We are excited to bring on a Wellness Implementation & Enablement Consultant – Retirement Plan Solutions to join the Workplace Solutions Wellness & Customer Experience team.
This role will serve as the operational leader responsible for bringing Lincoln's wellness strategy to life within the Retirement Plan Solutions business. Working across Product, Distribution, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, you will lead successful launch, enablement, adoption, and ongoing optimization of wellness solutions.
While implementation excellence is a core responsibility, success in this role extends beyond launch. The ideal candidate will use adoption, engagement, and performance insights to continuously refine communications, customer touchpoints, and enablement strategies to reduce friction, improve customer outcomes, and maximize utilization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable programs, solving operational challenges, and driving measurable business impact through execution and continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the implementation and launch of new wellness solutions, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and successful go-live execution.
- Partner with Product, Distribution, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and external vendors to develop scalable implementation and support models.
- Create and execute enablement strategies, training programs, and sales support materials that help teams confidently position and activate wellness offerings.
- Own adoption and utilization performance, establishing metrics and monitoring engagement trends across the wellness portfolio.
- Analyze customer, client, and business performance data to identify barriers to adoption and opportunities for increased engagement.
- Continuously evolve customer communications, engagement campaigns, onboarding experiences, and key touchpoints to improve utilization and reduce friction.
- Lead post-launch optimization efforts, translating customer feedback, partner input, and performance insights into actionable enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and vendors to ensure successful delivery, issue resolution, and ongoing program performance.
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- 3 - 5+ Years experience in relationship management or implementation that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position.
- Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to communicate knowledgeable and credibly with senior management and internal constituents.
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's).
Nice-to have:
- Experience managing products, programs, or services beyond initial launch, using adoption, utilization, and customer outcome metrics to drive continuous improvement and business growth.

The pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
