The Role


This position will serve as a Practice Management subject matter expert for LFN planners in his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility. S/he will provide coaching and consulting to help make planners' practices more efficient. Responsibilities also include preparing, analyzing, and reporting complex financial information that will help provide planners with the financial perspective and support needed for his/her practice.



  • Drives advisor adoptions and utilization of platform solutions through LFN tools, practices, and technology within his or her assigned region.
  • Identifies complex issues/concerns and recommends mitigation solution(s) to planners in order to meet client expectations.
  • Leads meetings and trainings with advisors and their staff on current and upcoming Practice Management deliverables and strategies.
  • Maintains platform adoption business plans and partners with Field Leadership on the optimization ofplatform tools and business practices for planners.
  • Proactively shares information and knowledge with advisors and staff to yield positive results from Practice Management tools and technologies.
  • Provides management with complete analysis on the planner practice's business metrics such as sales, cash flow, paid business, etc. and makes recommendations on ways to continuously improve upon those metrics for the planner's practice.


Education & Experience

  • 5 7+ Years Experience in Financial Services that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. (Required)
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)in (Minimum Required)



FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 63, Series 65 or Series 66 preferred
