The Role at a Glance
We are excited to welcome a Senior Consultant, Product Manager, to the FAST Delivery Team supporting Retail Life & Annuity business. In this role, you will help shape the future of our product capabilities by assessing upcoming work, guiding prioritization discussions, and contributing to the ongoing transformation of how we deliver products. You will play a key role in defining the roadmap for critical product offerings and serve as a champion for your assigned area. Acting as the primary liaison between business partners and delivery teams, you’ll help ensure clear alignment on priorities, visibility into progress, and connection to business outcomes. This role will be hybrid, and we are open to candidates in the following key city locations: Hartford (CT), Fort Wayne (IN), Greensboro (NC), or Radnor, (PA).

What you'll be doing
- Define and manage product roadmaps and priorities by clearly articulating complex requirements and enabling shared understanding across business, product, and delivery partners.
- Shape ambiguous business requests into well‑defined capabilities by clarifying scope, dependencies, and success criteria, and partnering across teams to define outcomes that support adoption, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Drive effective stakeholder communication through structured documentation, executive‑level presentations, and facilitated discussions that support sound, data‑informed decision‑making.
- Enable proactive risk and dependency management by guiding conversations around trade‑offs related to scope, cost, quality, timing, and delivery capacity.
- Leverage data and insights to inform adoption strategies, assess impact, and support realization of intended business value and return on investment.
- Identify, champion, and embed process improvements that enhance planning, prioritization, and delivery effectiveness across teams.
- Partner with program and portfolio leadership to define KPIs and success measures, and share insights through dashboards and retrospectives that inform governance and future prioritization.
What we’re looking for
Must-have experience (Required):
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 5-7+ Years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or a product-related role within a development team, including 3+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
- Life and/or Annuity product experience.
- Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly and concisely (both orally and in written form).
- Strong project management leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
- Information gathering, analytical skills and proficiency in systems are required.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of organization, negotiation, persuasion, presentations to Sr Leaders, and problem solving.
- Proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice-to have Experience (Preferred):
- Experience and understanding of the FAST administrative platform.
Travel Requirements
- 1-2 trips a year, potentially

The pay range for this position is $96,900 - $176,200 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
